(Non ARC members must have their own 3rd party public liability insurance)
This event will operate under BRC rules *
Special rosettes will be given out for the most Christmassy attire for each class- Tinsel is encouraged!!

Clear Round Showjumping- £5 per class
Class 1: Poles on the ground – lead rein or off lead rein
Class 2: 30cm – lead rein or off lead rein
Class 3: 40cm – lead rein or off lead rein
Class 4: 50cm
Class 5: 60cm
Class 6: 70cm
Class 7:80cm
Class 8: 90cm

Fun Showing Classes – Judge Frankie Ayers-£6 per class
Class 9: Fancy Dress
Ridden or In hand, Stallion, mare or gelding 4 years and over if ridden.
Class 10: Best Turned out
Ridden or In hand, Stallion, mare or gelding 4 years and over if ridden
Class 11: Novice horse/pony or rider
Horse/pony or rider not to have won any ridden class, walk trot only in the going round,
Stallion, mare or gelding 4 years and over
Class 12: Junior Rider
Lead rein & first ridden permitted. Rider must be under 14 years old, ponies 4 years and over
Class 13: Ridden Cob and/or Coloured
Stallion, mare or gelding 4 years and over
Class 14: Ridden Horse over 15hh
Stallion, mare or gelding 4 years and over
Class 15: In hand M&M or part Bred M&M
Stallion, mare or gelding, any age
Class 16: In hand Cob &/or Coloured

* Rules and Conditions of entry
- Receipt of entry means that the entrant agrees to abide by the rules of this event. Non-members must hold their own appropriate Public liability insurance.
- This event is run under BRC rules – a copy of these rules can be found online and the show secretary also will have a copy on the day.
- All competitors who are riding must wear an up to date riding hat – PAS 015 1998 0r 2011, VGA 01.040:2014-12 provided they are also BSI Kitemarked. It is the competitor’s responsibility to check that their hat adheres to these safety standards. Spot checks will be in force.
- The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, please obey any instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards.
- The organisers of this event, the venue proprietors, judges and appointed officials accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property belonging to competitors, grooms or spectators.
- Only members whose details have been registered with Adventure Riding Club are covered by BRC insurance at this event. Non members must hold their own insurance.
- Riders must be suitably mounted, committee/ organisers decision is final
- The judge’s decision is final
- All Ridden Horses/Ponies must be 4 years old or over.
- Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
- Class sizes will be limited
